FAQs

1. How do I schedule an appointment?

Answer:

Fill out the online appointment form above, select your preferred date and time, and ensure all required documents are complete before submitting. You will receive a confirmation on-screen and via email, so please check your email regularly for any updates.

2. Can I reschedule my appointment?

Answer:

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment once. Please contact the HR office first so they can allow you to reschedule. Once the admin allows you, you can submit a new appointment request. This process helps prevent duplicate or spam requests. To contact HR, go to Contact Information to see the HR contact details.

3. Do I need to create an account?

Answer:

No. This system does not require login. Just fill out the form to book your appointment.

4. How do I know if my appointment was submitted?

Answer:

After submitting your appointment, you will see a confirmation message on-screen. You will also receive a confirmation via email, so please check your email regularly for updates. Make sure to keep a copy or screenshot of the confirmation for your reference.

5. Where is the HR office located?

Answer:

The City Human Resources Management Office is located at 2nd Floor, Left Wing, New Government Center, Brgy. Dulong Bayan, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. You can also view the location on our Google Maps Link.

6. What should I bring to my interview?

Answer:

Bring the required documents based on the job position you applied for. Also be ready to present proof that you have a confirmed appointment on the selected date (either through email confirmation or screenshot).

7. What are the office hours?

Answer:

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Applicants are advised to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. Please note that the office is closed during weekends and official holidays.

8. Can I walk in without an appointment?

Answer:

Yes, you may still walk in. Please proceed to our office located at the 2nd Floor, Left Wing, New Government Center, Brgy. Dulong Bayan, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
